Letter from Founder
It is said that in everyone’s life there is a moment or an event that could have a significant impact on their future actions.
Such a unique event for us occurred on February 2008 when both our kids were diagnosed as asymptomatic coeliacs. It did not take too long for my wife (Christine) and I to decide to take action and to try together to improve their daily lives as a coeliac family.
It was not too difficult to understand the reasoning of gluten avoidance as well as current and future impact of gluten in the daily life of my children as I am also a coeliac since 1985.
